TV Good Sleep Bad celebrates its first birthday as Elwood and Lackey take an alternative look at the political system with thier selections.

First up is the cult favourite "The Prisoner" where Patrick McGoohan is not a number but a free man while constantly being pursued by a giant balloon called Rover. Here though he campaigns to be the new Number 2 but is this this whole vote just another scheme being run by his captors?

Next up is one of the standout episodes from the first season of "Masters of Horror" with Joe Dante's "Homecoming" in which dead soliders are rising from their graves to vote against the current president. An episode which unquestionably was more than relevent during its original release, but how does it hold up now?

All this plus as always they reveal the shows which have been holding thier intrest.

This week The Vern (Vern's Video Vortex / As You Watch Podcast) recommended we check out "Jess Archer Versus" the short film which has now become a great web-series.

Playing like a mash up of Veronica Mars meets Spaced this high school set comedy is packed with fun pop culture refrences and some razor sharp writing as we uncover when we look at both the series and original short film.

For our second feature its a chance to revisit a childhood favourite and key anime title with "Speed Racer" as we argue its importance in Anime history while re-evaluating the live-action adaptation.

Christmas is here yet again and this year Elwood and Lackey are spending a more controversial Christmas with the foul kids of "South Park" as they revisit two the show's Christmas episodes.

So get prepared for Satan worship forest animals, talking poo and a whole heap of bad language as it goes without saying that we advise you not to listen if easily offended.

All this plus a look back at favourite Christmas specials, getting nostalgic about early TV viewing experiences and looking back at the UK's Alt. Comedy scene of the 80's plus much more!!

In one of our most tediously linked episodes to date...can you guess the link?

First up is the "Buffy The Vampire Slayer" season one episode "I Robot, You Jane" as Willow finds herself targeted by a demon whose soul she accidently uploads on the web.

We also look at the first season of "The Booth At The End" in which a mysterious stranger can grant wishes in an exchange for completing a task, but is the reward worth the cost?

All this plus, 80's Doctor Who, 90's technology phobia and our current obsession for reworking shows plus much more!

Iphone_trans Listening to podcasts on your mobile devices is extremely convenient -- and it's what makes the podcasting medium so powerful.

You can take your favorite shows and mixes with you anywhere, but to do so requires some quick and simple steps.

Let's walk you through that process together.
step 1:

Click the "Subscribe With iTunes" link in the page's sidebar:

Subscribe_with_itunes

This will require that you have the iTunes software on your computer.

(You can download iTunes here.)
step 2:
Itunes_ss

Now that you've subscribed to the podcast on iTunes, the feed will display in your "Podcasts" section on the left navigation bar.

Click there and you'll see the show displayed in the iTunes browser.

You can "get all" to download all available episodes or just individual episodes.
step 3:

Plug your mobile device (iPhone, iPad, iPod) into your computer with the Dock Connector cable, and click the device in iTunes's left navigation bar.

Itunes_ss2

Once you have your device highlighted, click "Podcasts" in the top navigation bar and sync the podcasts you want on your device. Click "apply" and the episodes you have downloaded on your iTunes software will sync with your device.
that's it!
